Metafit Classes
Metafit was Created by a former Royal Marine Commando!! Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire! Metafit uses the principles of Tabata training or High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as it's more popularly known as Tabata. HIIT will get you better results in a much shorter space of time. Not only that, but this style of training will raise your metabolism meaning that you will continue to burn calories long after the workout has finished. Raising your metabolism will improve your ability to burn fat. Metafit classes last 30 minutes and uses bodyweight exercises which target the largest muscle groups in the body for greater effect, creating so much more muscle power therefore enhancing sporting performance and a great addition your own exercise regime to build strength power and agility! There is no need to use any equipment. This is not an endurance class so there's no need for you to pace yourself to avoid looking like the least fit person in the room. Everyone should be putting in their MAXIMUM effort . There is no choreography so don't worry if you don't know your left from your right. Every exercise has a regression or progression, meaning there is options for all fitness levels so everyone can participate in Metafit!! Circuit Training
Circuit Training is full-body workout targeting the major muscle groups in the legs, arms and upper body and is a proven exercise routine which combines strength, flexibility and cardio for a holistic, effective workout. Circuit training offers a combination of weight training and cardiovascular training targeting the major muscle groups in the legs, arms and upper body. Strength training with weights keeps working long after you've stopped lifting. Research found that an hour of strength training burned about 100 calories more the day following their workout than they did when they didn't lift weights. Mixing strength training with cardiovascular training in one session is a sure way of acheiving results in a smaller timeframe!
Personal Training
A personal training sesion allows me to focuss 100% on you and your goals!! This session will have you reaching your absolute best with perfect technique whilst getting the results you desire!! I will design your session focusing on these goals, and the areas in your training to help you succeed. This service also provides me with the opportunity to give one on one attention to your strengths and weaknesses, therfore working on the areas in your training that need more support. Come in and get your first consultation for FREE!! I will assess your goals, get to know a little about you, undertake a basic health screen and measurements to create our baseline!! I can also write a program individually suited to your goals that you can use whilst in my gym, using my equipment! This is helpful for those of you that dont know where to start with using weights and/or wanting to do your own workouts.
